These data are generated for the targeted metabolites analysis of three streptomyces strain, including <i>Streptomyces </i><i>albus</i> J1074, <i>Streptomyces lividans</i> TK24 and <i>Streptomyces aureofaciens</i> J1-022. The precursors and reducing equivalents of type II polyketides are relatively quantified based on the integration of EIC area. These data reveals that the level of precursors and cofactors may play a important role in the biosynthesis of type II polyketides. Compared to model streptomyces strains, industrial strains may possess natural advantages in supplying those critical factors of the same type natural products. The acquisition of this data is under the positive mode.
