In this study, we performed mass cytometry on unstimulated, peanut-stimulated and PMA/ionomycin stimulated PBMCs of 1-year old infants from the HealthNuts study to define the circulating immune cell signatures associated with peanut sensitized tolerance, clinical peanut allergy, and non-food allergic healthy controls.
