This study investigates the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) intervention grounded in the Interaction of Person-Affect-Cognition-Execution (I-PACE) model among Chinese college students. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we conducted a six-week Mindfulness-Based FoMO Intervention (MBFI) program.

本研究以人-情感-认知-执行交互(Interaction of Person-Affect-Cognition-Execution, I-PACE)模型为理论基础,针对中国大学生群体探究基于正念的错失焦虑(Fear of Missing Out, FoMO)干预的有效性。本研究采用混合研究方法,实施了为期六周的基于正念的错失焦虑干预(Mindfulness-Based FoMO Intervention, MBFI)项目。
