This dataset provides global solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) estimates at a 0.05-degree resolution (approximately 5 km at the equator) for each month from January 2003 through December 2017. SIF data (740 nm) was retrieved from the SCanning Imaging Absorption spectroMeter for Atmospheric CHartographY (SCIAMACHY) and Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment 2 (GOME-2) instruments onboard the MetOp-A satellite. 本数据集提供了2003年1月至2017年12月逐月的全球日光诱导叶绿素荧光(SIF,solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence)估算数据,空间分辨率为0.05度(赤道地区约5公里)。740 nm波段的SIF数据由搭载于MetOp-A卫星的大气制图扫描成像吸收光谱仪(SCIAMACHY,SCanning Imaging Absorption spectroMeter for Atmospheric CHartographY)与全球臭氧监测实验2号(GOME-2,Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment 2)载荷反演得到。研究采用随机森林算法,结合中分辨率成像光谱仪(MODIS,Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)及现代时代回顾性(Modern-Era Retrospective)相关预测因子,将数据降尺度至0.05度分辨率。
