17 Crested Wheatgrass populations were selected for genotyping by sequencing upon the xx project, consisted of 12 tetraploid and 5 diploid populations. Each 4x or 2x populations consisted of 16 individuals. A total number of 272 genomic DNA pair-end libraries were prepared separately with Illumina TruSeq Multiplex Kit through gd-GBS protocol. Two out of the 17 populations were sequenced twice for both ends. MiSeq sequencing was applied for 251bp.
