Metagenomic analysis of aerobic granular sludge

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of environmental concentration micro-nanoplastics on the granulation of aerobic granular sludge. A total of five different sequencing batch reactors were set up. Under the long-term stress of micro-nanoplastics, sludge samples were taken from the reactor at the final time point for metagenomic analysis.
