Pantoea eucalypti Genome sequencing and assembly. Pantoea eucalypti

This strain was isolated from eucalyptus in Uruguay. Strains belonging to this species have been isolated from eucalyptus leaves showing symptoms of bacterial blight and die-back in Uruguay.We used the genomic sequence of this strain for species identification and comparative genomics studies.
