Quantitative genetic parameters for growth and wood properties in Eucalyptus “urograndis” hybrid using near-infrared phenotyping and genome-wide SNP-based relationships. PlosOne (accepted)DArT_markers.txt Genotype data for 24,001 dominant (Presence/Absence Variants) markers generated by Diversity Array Technology Sequenced (DArT-seq) sequencing method for 970 trees sampled (numbered from 1 to 1,000) in the study. Genotypes are identified as 0 = sequence fragment absent; 1 = sequence fragment present. DArT-seq markers identification contains marker ID number (column 1), chromosome scaffold, including scaffold beyond chromosome scaffold 11 (column 2) and bp position (column 3). Chromosome position is only available for 11,385 DArT-seq markers.
