This repository contains the final plotted data and numerical simulation code accompanying the manuscript "Beating the Break-Even Point with Autonomous Quantum Error Correction". The experiments demonstrate autonomous quantum error correction (QEC) on a trapped-ion system with two 40Ca+ ions, where a logical qubit encoded in a four-level subspace is protected by an ancilla ion via sympathetic cooling. Contents:- source_data/: Final plotted data (CSV) for Figures 2–4 and Extended Data Figures 4 and 6, including process fidelity values, chi matrix elements, population dynamics, and stretched-exponential fit parameters with error estimates.- Extended_data_Fig6.py: Numerical simulation code for theoretical QEC modelling. All data files are ready for direct use in reproducing the published figures.
