资源简介:

Code and data for an article on the plastic strength of sheet lattices on triply periodic minimal surfaces under hydrostatic stress. For walls of uniform thickness made of a rigid-perfectly plastic von Mises solid, an explicit stress field shows that minimal sheets with cubic point symmetry reach (2/3) sigma_0 rho, the largest leading-order hydrostatic strength of any periodic porous solid with a von Mises matrix, and with the wall-thinning mechanism this field brackets the strength at every thickness at which the sheet is embedded. On the Primitive, Gyroid and Diamond sheets, computer-assisted proofs place the thin-wall limits of the t^3 coefficient c in [0.7425, 0.7499], and at rho = 0.10 two-sided certified bounds narrow the bracket to less than 0.036 percent of (2/3) sigma_0 rho, a reference for limit-analysis codes that model the exact wall. As an application to hydrostatic compression, a Bloch-Floquet analysis indicates that perfect 316L sheets denser than rho = 0.028 to 0.052 reach at least the onset of yield, and single-mode imperfections of a tenth of the wall thickness put the computed peaks 6 to 23 percent below the shell strength. The deposit contains the surface meshes, the conic-program, buckling and nonlinear cell solvers, the symbolic checks, the certificate code and computed values, ENVIRONMENT.lock, REPRODUCE.md and the extended technical notes SM_extended_notes.pdf; see README.md.
