ETAP Scientific Support Analysis BMDExpress2 Files

BMDExpress2 project files (.bm2 format) for each chemical and tissue analyzed using the optimal parameter configuration in Section 4.2 of "Scientific Studies Supporting Development of Transcriptomic Points of Departure for EPA Transcriptomic Assessment Products (ETAPs)" [https://doi.org/10.23645/epacomptox.25365550]. Additional information: 1) Transcriptomic data for Acrylamide exposure in Liver and Thujone exposure in Kidney both resulted in all probes failing the initial ANOVA filter (5% FDR), so there is no further analysis in these cases. 2) The analysis files for Ethinyl estradiol (EE2) have dose information in ug/kg-d. The final BMD/BMDL values were converted to mg/kg-d before performing the overall concordance analysis.
