资源简介:
Nitrogen deposition has been extensively studied for its impact on soil microbial communities, but its response mechanism under different water conditions in high-altitude wetlands remains unclear. We conducted nitrogen deposition experiments in the Bayinbuluk alpine wetland under different moisture conditions, including perennial flooding, seasonal waterlogging, and perennial drought. We collected soil samples and employed 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology to analyze the changes in the structure of the bacterial community, network characteristics, and community functions in the soil. According to the findings, the addition of nitrogen had effect on various soil parameters, including soil pH, total carbon (TC), total organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), and available nitrogen (AN). Changes in moisture conditions are the most important drivers affecting the diversity and structural changes of microbial communities in wetland soils. Soil microbial community diversity was not significantly affected by nitrogen addition. The composition of the bacterial community was altered as a result of nitrogen addition. These findings provide insights into how nitrogen affects microbial interactions in alpine wetland soils, highlighting the importance of moisture variability.
