Dataset and scripts for the study "Forest cover structure, functionality, and dynamics in a human-modified Atlantic Forest–Cerrado ecotone landscape"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all geospatial and analytical materials supporting the article “Forest cover structure, functionality, and dynamics in a human-modified Atlantic Forest–Cerrado ecotone landscape”. The data refer to the Sarapuí River Basin (São Paulo State, Brazil) and encompass four main components: Land-use, forest cover, and dynamics maps – Raster files derived from MapBiomas Collection 7 (1986–2021, 30 m resolution), including land-use/land-cover maps, forest cover maps, and raster layers identifying forest stability, gain, and loss events for each analyzed year. Structural metrics (FRAGSTATS project) – Landscape metrics computed for each year (patch area, shape, nearest-neighbor distance) and their summary tables, used to quantify structural dynamics of forest patches. Functional connectivity (GRAPHAB projects) – Project files and outputs of the Probability of Connectivity (PC) analyses performed for each year, including node and link attributes and interpolated PC surfaces. R project and analysis scripts – The RStudio project folder and R scripts used for data processing, statistical analysis, and figure generation. All spatial data use the SIRGAS 2000 / UTM Zone 23S coordinate reference system. File formats include GeoTIFF (.tif), shapefiles (.shp), CSV tables, txt files, and R scripts (R).
