Argumentation in German Political Communication

Dataset described in the papaer "Comparing and Modeling Argumentation in German Political Communication across Arenas". Structure This dataset covers three different arenas of political communication: plenary speeches, Bundestagsreden (BT) health committee, Gesundheitausschuss (GA) press conference, Bundespressekonferenzen (BPK) Each arena has two files: dataset_XX.csv includes contributions from the political arena with some additional information, such as speaker and date annotations_XX.json includes annotations on argumentation within each contribution The information between the two files can be linked through the id. The zip archive splits.zip includes additional text files containg the contribution ids for each train/dev/test split.
