Microbial community of apple rhizosphere from different replant soils

The microbial community (16S and ITS) of 5 different soils from German tree nurseries and apple orchards with different replant histories and soil characteristics was analysed. The aim was to link plant-soil interaction data to apple replant disease (ARD) severity.
