实时人流查询

客户端通过接入重庆移动大智大数据能力开放平台进行接口鉴权，调用接口前，需获取token（三方系统调用接口获取到的token，由三方系统传入）。入参内容为：区域ID、tokenCode，返回值为：状态、是否成功、错误描述、数据内容等，查询当前区域内实时移动手机用户数，数据每15分钟更新；Clients access the Chongqing Mobile Dazhi Big Data Capability Open Platform for interface authentication. Prior to invoking an interface, a token must be obtained, which is acquired by a third-party system through interface calls and passed into the platform by the third-party system. The input parameters include region ID and tokenCode, while the API response includes status, success flag, error description, data content, and other related information. This interface is used to query the real-time number of mobile phone users within the specified region, and the data is updated every 15 minutes.
