Optogenetics_headless_behavior

Behavioral data acquired during optogenetic stimulation of intact and headless flies. Part of Braun et al. 2023. Each tar.gz. file corresponds to one fly. It contains data from potentially multiple trials (a subfolder starting with a unique identifier and a name, e.g. 001_t1_p10). Each trial contains multiple subfolder: \"2p\" holds the synchronisation data and metadata. \"behData\" contains the behavioral camera metadata. \"processed\" contains a pickled pandas dataframe containing all processed behavioral variables required to reproduce the figures. Raw behavioral videos are available upon request from the authors and are omitted here because of their size.
