Three genotypes with different sensitivity to light quality were studied. Esterel is less responsive to light quality, and Price and WA1614-95 are sensitive lines,showing major growth differences between light quality conditions. Fully-vernalized plants were grown in LD conditions in growth chambers with Metal halide and Fluorescent bulbs. Samples from pooled leaves were obtained 20 days after the vernalization ending. RNA was obtained from 3 biological replicates per genotype and treatment. RNA from 18 samples was sequenced in a Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencer.
