Genes not annotated as inflammation-related are either unannotated or had Gene Ontology classifications that do not contain the annotations listed above. This table does not include differentially expressed genes in the cholesterol/fatty acid metabolic pathways or the cell cycle/mitosis/cell division pathways that are discussed in detail elsewhere in the manuscript. The table represents data from a total of 395 inflammation-related genes that were found to be differentially-regulated based upon our established criteria.
