Table S2. Normalized expression of differentially expressed genes in soybean roots infected with Phytophthora sojae. In total, 3294 genes were differentially expressed as a result of P. sojae infection at day 4 after inoculation (P+Si−). The normalized mean (n = 5) of the differentially expressed transcripts (Fold-change ≥4, FDR p-value ≤0.01) are presented in soybean roots inoculated (P+) or not (P−) with P. sojae and treated (Si+) or not (Si−) with silicon.
