Analysis Code

This folder contains the data files and associated code to run the analyses we carried out and to create all associated figures.To do so, simply open and run the .R file in RStudio.Please ensure your working directory is set to the folder you downloaded, and any library packages required at the top of the R script are installed on your machine.
