Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a common form of head and neck cancer. However, the mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of LSCC remains unclear. To identify dysregulated genes in LSCC.Transcriptome sequencing were performed was performed on a cohort of 53 LSCC tissues and 53 paired adjacent normal mucosa tissues. Expression of lncRNA, mRNA and circRNA in 53 LSCC tissues and 53 paired adjacent normal mucosa tissues was determined by high throughout sequencing.
