We collected 10x single-cell RNAseq and bulk RNAseq data from 8-day old juvenile Spongilla lacustris Overall design: 4, 10x 3' single-cell RNAseq samples and 1 bulk RNA experiment were collected. 10x samples 1-3 were sequenced in two separate sequencing runs. 10x sample 4 was sequenced only once. Bulk RNA was extracted from juvenile S. lacustris collected from the same population as those of the 10x single-cell samples. Bulk RNAseq was sequenced in two sequencing runs.
