To identify deregulated lncRNAs responsible for sorafenib unresponsiveness, Samples (five sorafenib-responsive and five sorafenib-nonresponsive RCC tumor tissues) were performed by Affymetrix GeneChip® Whole Transcript Sense Target Labeling Assay.
