综合性肿瘤生物样本库（天津医科大学肿瘤医院）

综合性肿瘤遗传资源库旨在存储人类肿瘤生物标本。本资源库始建于2003年，资源库内的肿瘤组织、体液和正常对照组织可适用广泛的研究（分子、遗传、基因组学和蛋白组学），为科学研究提供丰富的资源平台。资源库将来自病人知情同意的高质量的肿瘤标本及标本信息提供给肿瘤科研人员进行肿瘤基础、临床及转化医学研究，促进肿瘤预防、早期诊断和寻找新的治疗方法实现新突破。2013年本资源库独立成为国家肿瘤临床医学研究中心平台科室，并得到天津市科委重大科技专项肿瘤个体化医学平台建设项目资助，加强服务于精准医学和临床大数据的肿瘤遗传资源库平台建设。This comprehensive cancer genetic resource repository is dedicated to storing human tumor biological specimens. Founded in 2003, the repository supports a wide range of research endeavors including molecular, genetic, genomic and proteomic studies using its archived tumor tissues, bodily fluids and normal control tissues, serving as a valuable resource platform for scientific research. It provides high-quality tumor specimens and corresponding specimen information obtained with informed patient consent to oncology researchers for basic, clinical and translational cancer research, so as to facilitate breakthroughs in tumor prevention, early diagnosis and the development of novel therapeutic strategies. In 2013, the repository became an independent platform department under the National Clinical Research Center for Cancer. It subsequently received funding from the Major Science and Technology Project of the Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission for the construction of the tumor individualized medicine platform, to enhance the development of the cancer genetic resource repository platform serving precision medicine and clinical big data.
