Four draft genomes of the genus Pedobacter

Four strains of the genus <i>Pedobacter </i>isolated from sludge produced at Norwegian water treatment plants was sequenced using the minION platform by Oxford Nanopore Technologies. Basecalling and data conversion were performed using Albacore version 1.2.4. Adapters were trimmed using PoreChop version 0.2.3. De-novo assembly was performed with Canu version 1.6. The same samples were additionally sequenced with HiSeq PE150, Illumina. This was performed by Novogene Bioinformatics Tech.
