Data for: Astrocyte inflammasome signaling modulates hippocampal plasticity

Single cell RNA-seq conducted on pooled hippocampal tissue from female Casp1(fl/fl) Aldh1l1-CreERT2(+/-) mice and Casp1(fl/fl) littermate controls (n = 3 mice per group).
