Linking soil nutrients, microbial community composition and enzyme activities to saponin content of Paris polyphylla following the biochar and organic fertilizer addition

Here, we examine the different effects of organic fertilizer (5% and 10%) and biochar application (20 mg C g-1 soil and 40 mg C g-1 soil) on Paris saponins content as affected by changes in soil available nutrient, enzyme activities, as well as microbial community compositions and activities.
