This diagnosis concept set contains diagnoses related to hepatitis. It was developed by finding the concept_ids for a subset of the AHRQ CCSR clusters (https://hcup-us.ahrq.gov/toolssoftware/ccsr/dxccsr.jsp#overview) related to hepatitis. This concept set alone was not reviewed by a clinician, but it was a component of a larger codeset that was reviewed by Chris Forrest. It was developed as part of systemic conditions for a RECOVER study manuscript exploring features of PASC in children. This concept set contains only a ICD10 and ICD10CDM codes. Versions of the codes without a decimal point are not included. This concept set contains additional columns, "systemic" and "syndromic," which were used as classification categories for the study to differentiate between conditions (systemic) and symptoms (syndromic) in addition to a "condition_category" which was a further classification mechanism that could be rolled up with other codes. In this concept set, all condition_category are gastrointestinal.
