PCR Primer Sequences Targeting R and PR Genes for Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB) Resistance in Oryza sativa (rice)

This dataset contains PCR primer sequences designed for the amplification of resistance-related genes in rice. The primers were developed through in silico analysis, including multiple sequence alignment and conserved region identification. A total of 8 primer pairs targeting key resistance (R) and pathogenesis-related (PR) genes were designed using Primer3 software. The primers were selected based on optimal GC content, melting temperature, and amplicon size (150–250 bp). This dataset supports research on molecular screening of BLB disease-resistant rice varieties.
