Microchip and Pedigree Dataset of Arabian Horse Strains

This dataset contains microchip records and pedigree information of Arabian horse strains, collected and curated at the National Gene Bank, Egypt. The dataset provides a valuable resource for genetic diversity studies, conservation programs, and animal traceability. It includes unique animal identifiers, electronic microchip codes, and detailed pedigree lineage (sire/dam). Data were validated against studbook and laboratory records to ensure reliability.
