Heterochromatin replication in the RIF and SUUR mutants of Drosophila melanogaster

RIF and SUUR mutations in the Drosophila affect the timings of replication origins ignition and the degree of underreplication of heterochromatin sequences in the polytene chromosomes. We performed Nanopore sequencing of DNA from diploid (imaginal disks and brains) and polytene (salivary glands) tissues of wild type and RIF and SUUR mutant larvae in order to track the changes in DNA replication genome-wide.
