SSR primer development for genetic diversity analysis and hybridity testing in Eucalyptus species.

Eucalyptus species is an important for agroforestry system in India. The quality of material lies in the proper testing of hybrid genotypes and their parentage, besides sufficient level of genetic diversity in the available germplasm. SSR primer development will ease out the procedure and could be effectively used for genetic diversity analysis and hybridity testing in Eucalyptus species.
