Mn model of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and the Canada Basin - Model output and code for Rogalla et al. 2022

We developed a model of manganese (Mn) in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and the Canada Basin with parameterizations of sources and sinks of Mn such as sediment resuspension, rivers, sea ice, and scavenging. The model is calculated offline with a 1/12 degree configuration (ANHA12) coupled ocean-ice model (NEMO) from 2002-2019. This repository contains the Mn model code and raw output from four main experiments (reference, "clean sea ice", "bio" and "upper bound rivers") that were used to understand the cycling of Mn in this region, as well as the analysis code for Rogalla et al. (2022). The repository also contains results from two sensitivity experiments with the model western and northern Mn boundary conditions.
