Ishikawa cells were were treated with 2% v/v FBS exosome-free MEM containing 100µM phosphatidylcholine liposomes (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine liposomes (PE) or PBS (ctrl). Following 72h, cells were collected in RIPA-buffer using a scraper, vortexed for 5 min, and centrifuged at 12,000 g for 30 min at 4°C. The supernatant was stored at -80°C.
