Reference group: genotype TT.Mean age (years) and BMI (kg/m2) at adiposity rebound (AR) were 5.70 (4.56, 6.84) & 15.73(14.66, 16.80) respectively, estimated from the LME model for all cohorts. Meta-analysis results for AR parameters are based on random effects models where maximum heterogeneity observed was reflected in I2 66.7% (95%CI 2, 89).
