Earliest Diverging Fungi and Rotosphaerida in China Raw sequence reads

This project is to study the Earliest Diverging Fungi and Rotosphaerida in China. We are using amplicon, PCR amplifying and cloning with novel primers, and FISH to investigate the species, taxonomy and phylogeny, evolution, diversity, and ecological characters of the Earliest Diverging Fungi, Rotosphaerida, and their linked relatives.
