Presences and absences of regional elected officials Hauts-de-France (mandate 2021-2028)

The presences/absences of elected representatives in the bodies of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council correspond to the reality at the meeting: physical presence or absence at bodies (plenary sessions, standing committees and thematic committees) or remotely. The notion is therefore binary. Unlike unjustified absences which are taken into account in calculating the reduction of elected allowances.
Keeping the list of these presences/absences in the meeting makes it possible to determine whether the quorum is reached and the votes valid. This list shall be entered in the minutes of the sittings.
