Akebia trifoliata is being widely cultivated in various regions of China despite the domestication only is at the infancy stage. Here, to avoid the large economic loss, we assessed the potential disease risk of Akebia trifoliata widely cultivating by fungi diversity through internal transcribe spacer (ITS) sequencing.
