RNA-seq of MSC cells treated with LSC exosomes

Here, we found that RAB27B-regulated LSC-derived exosomes remodeled the niche and induced senescence of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) with increased RAB27B expression ex vivo and in vivo. Then, we characterized the transcriptional profile of BM-MSCs treated with PBS, KG1a-Exo, KG1a shCTRL-Exo and KG1a shRAB27B-Exo to identify the molecular mechanisms for the senescence of BM-MSCs induced by AML LSC-exosomes.
