Transcriptomic profile of oil-adapted L. pentosus CF2-10. Changes in gene expression of Lactiplantibacillus pentosus CF2-10 adapted or not with edible oils

To understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the adaptation and the increased robustness of Lactiplantibacillus pentosus CF2-10 in response to edible oils, a global transcriptomic analysis was achieved in non-adapted and oil-adapted strain. The aim of this study is to determine the genes differentially expressed which are involved in antimicrobial resistance.
