资源简介:
T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma(T-ALL) is a malignancy curable in ~80% of pediatric and ~40% of adult patients. It is a heterogeneous disease characterized by the presence of leukemia stem cells (LSCs) which have been postulated to be responsible for relapses. b-Catenin and FOXO3 modulate LSC activity in T-ALL. To identify the DNA binding regions of either b-Catenin and FOXO3 in T-ALL, we generated ChIP-seq data for b-Catenin and FOXO3 in PF382 cell line. ChIP-seq was also performed with the, anti-H3K27me3 and anti-H3K27Ac antibodies to highlight active and repressive genomic regions in PF382 cell line.
