Social gene regulation in female P. fuscatus optic lobes and central brain

3' RNAseq data for optic lobes and central brains for female P. fuscatus that either had or had not engaged in a recent interactions. Samples were either collected at the end of a 45 minute social interaction or control period or 4 hours later.
