资源简介:
Swine wastewater has caused severe environmental damages due to its high concentrations of pollutants. The development of methods to remove pollutants from swine wastewater has become the focus of attention. Green algae-based swine wastewater treatment technology represents an eco-friendly solution, which reduce the environmental cost by decreasing land used for this purpose. Cultivating microalgae for carbohydrate production by making use of N and P from wastewater can not only reduce the production cost of ethanol and ease energy shortage, but also purify wastewater at the same time. Moreover, due to the symbiotic interactions between microalgae and bacteria in nature, microalgae-bacteria symbiosis system can produce synergy and treat wastewater efficiently, which has potential for treating wastewater. However, the corresponding biological mechanisms in the microalgae-bacteria symbiosis system and the role of microbial community dynamics in pollutant removal systems remain poorly understood. More importantly, the knowledge on some synergistic mechanisms involved in pathogenic bacteria, pollutant and antibiotic resistance genes removal in green algae-based swine wastewater treatment are limited. Therefore, the factors affecting green algae wastewater treatment and biomass accumulation were studied, the application potential of microalgae-bacteria symbiosis system in the removal of pollutants, pathogens and antibiotic resistance genes was evaluated, and the microbiota symbiotic with green algae and pollutant removal mechanism were analyzed.
