Whole cell lipid extracts were subjected to LC/MS and absolute quantification for major phospholipids. Standard curves and measurements are shown for CL, PG, and PE. Peak areas for the analyte and internal standard are shown as well as the nmols of the indicated species per mg of protein. (XLSX)
