Prorocentrum donghaiense exposed by GBE Raw sequence reads

In this study, RNA-seq technology was used to conduct transcriptome comparative analysis on Prorocentrum donghaiense exposed to GBE.The results of this study show that the effect of GBE on P. donghaiense is a very complex process, including many genes and metabolic pathways. These results can provide a theoretical basis for effective biological pest control of P. donghaiense blooms.
