Seal framework resource

Seal is a framework for training sequence-based deep learning models that predict variant effect on gene expression in specific biological contexts with limited data. This record contains the following resource files that are needed for running Seal framework code: hg19 genome FASTA files, gene annotation files, expression matrix files, pre-trained CNN model for chromatin profile prediction, pre-computed chromatin profiles of TSS-proximal regions.
