Carbon and nitrogen cycling in Yedoma permafrost controlled by microbial functional limitations

These data and script accompany the article "<i><b>Carbon and nitrogen cycling in Yedoma permafrost controlled by microbial functional limitations</b></i>" (Monteux, Keuper <i>et al</i>., Nature Geoscience, 2020. doi:10.1038/s41561-020-00662-4) and were used to create the figures and tables found in the article and its Extended Data.<br><br>The file <i>MonteuxKeuper_Functional_limitations.R</i> is the main script, and the different data files are described in the first section of that script.
