- code - analysis the R codes to analyze the simulation data in the "data" folder and to make the paper's figures. - simualtion the python codes to run the simulations and make the simualtion data in the "data" folder. See the details in the readme file in the folder. - data the csv files of the simulation results run by the codes in the "code/simulation" folder. - networks the edge lists of networks used in the simulations.
