This dataset contains raw, filtered and segmented image stacks of the dry and wet scans for pore-scale X-ray hydrogen flow experiments in a Bentheimer sandstone sample at 50C and 100 bar. All the images stacks are 1250 x 1250 x 1250 with a voxel size of 5 micrometer. The raw and filtered images are all 16-bit signed, while the segmented images are 8-bit. The following datasets are included (raw, filtered and segmented data for each state): Dry After drainage 1 (H<sub>2</sub> injection) After imbibition (H<sub>2</sub>-equilibrated brine injection) After drainage 2 (H<sub>2</sub> injection) After imbibition (non-H<sub>2</sub>-equilibrated brine injection)
